This is a really fun and addictive take on the tile match genre, but it suffers SEVERELY from a lack of support. There have been no updates in nearly a year. The matches frequently glitch. It absolutely destroys your battery life. The only cosmetic upgrades available are for Halloween and Lunar new year - both so long past we're coming back around to them again. I keep playing because when it works (and I have the battery for it) it's a great game. Wish they'd put minimal effort into support.

I immediately open the game and pick a name, I attempt to type in a name and for some reason instead it decided to accept instead of let me type and now I'm stuck with a random name I can't change. I can't delete my account to make a new one on the same e-mail, can't change my e-mail so I can just create a new account on the same e-mail that I want to use either. I am stuck with a name I don't want and this is frustrating me to a point where I don't want to play it.

I so badly wish I could rate this well. But even after spending money on it, it becomes unplayable. Once you reach certain levels, the game simply crashes and there's no way around it. Support refuses to help. It's better to just download a different game.

Want to give 5 stars but can't at this time. This is because of the problems I have been encountering on chapter 19 map 15 of the main quest line. At times after you trigger a major cascade of the crystals, when new crystals are dropping two crystals can end up occupying the same square. This then stop's the progress of the game leaving no alternative but to exit the map and therefore wasting your hearts and any power up's you used.

This would be an awesome game... if it wasn't for all the glitches and the fact it takes up a huge amount of space on my device! If it gets any bigger I'm gonna be forced too uninstall, an I don't want that it's too good of a game, just needs a few bugs cleared out and the file size shrinking too an acceptable size.

I'd give you more stars, but the game crashes when I try to get into level 7-21 and level 153.
