My son has played the free version for months and enjoyed it. Now that I have the extra money to purchas the full version it won't open past the loading screen. I tried to contact support for the app but every time I try to send an email to comes back as blocked. I just wasted money trying to purchase an app that now won't open and no one can help. So disappointing.

I just paid $3.99 to unlock 45 more games only for it to freeze. I restart tablet and now it won't load. Please refund or fix issue.

I have three kids ages 7 and under and all my kids have / are enjoying this free app. I wanted to finally pay to unlock the other stages (for the last two kids) and thought I would do this through the Google Family Link. I had an issue which took a bit longer to resolve at first when I upgraded but they have since come back and sorted it (pay using the premium version for same price if you are thinking of sharing it for your family). Thank you for the support in the end, we really love this app!

I purchased the addition on y daughter's tablet which got broken. I've tried to restore the purchase to this tablet but it won't open the other levels. Little kids can't swipe up the numbers. I have to do it which isn't the problem. Doing it Millions of time for a two hour period is.

My 2.5 yo daughter loves this game, it's really educational and fun for littlies. I had some issues getting it to work when we upgraded to the paid version but the creator was really prompt in responding to my review with help and we got it fixed.

Really like the game but when I bought the full app it stopped working. It won't progress past the opening screen and song. My 3 year old breezed through the free version in 10 minutes, but she was enjoying it.
