The game itself is fine, but there are audio issues on my Galaxy S20 Ultra. I don't hear the all of the music in the game. Like it's only playing part of the music, but other parts are missing that I've heard playing on other phones. No musical sounds when swapping special jewels, just the explosive sound they make. Sometimes the audio cuts out after ads. Doesn't hurt the game, it just takes away from it a bit.

Pretty cool game. Casual players should install Bejeweled Classic instead because this one has objectives, levels, etc. which means that it's not necessarily a time killer. I also like the Powerlab concept, it's interesting. Only problem is that I can't connect to my Facebook account, the devs should add an option to sign in with Google Play Games.

The puzzels are great and a good challenge. My only complaints are that some of the levels are that hard that one is forced to spend money to move forward if the gem-driven tool arsinal is not stockpiled enough to complete the level. That's a spoiler when one does not have deep pockets. Not fond of the Corvus side challenge. Being sent back to the very beginning when one fails one level ruins the fun. Rather a why bother moment. Great sound and graphics. Fair customer service. Rating 3 out of 5

suggestions: 1. facebook connectivity is not good. not much options available. 2. interactive interface for emails to call for game download. 3. gems could be swapped like 3 greens for 1 red or likewise. 4. getting more green gems while very less red gems. 5. backup option is not available. 6. sometimes answer emojis are not given for daily questions in the set.

the game it's self is one of the better Bejeweled games for detail and sound effects how ever what let's it down is the silly pointless ads! one after every 2 levels or even after 1 level or if u get a game over a ad plays is so off putting I get u need ads as it for the game to be free but there is a thing of too many and you have to restart the game to get back sound as ads stop game sounds why I hate ads thay are f##krs also the wait times are too long for trys and some add ons a great game!

Infested with ads and lots of bugs. Can't play more than two games without 30 & 45 seconds ads. Constantly watching ads for doubling rewards yet rewards disappear 40% of the time. Level 800 again and will delete game, Again!
