Ive been playing for a while and I do like the game. Update* Cant log in. Keeps kicking me out. I really enjoy the game but fix this! This game shouldn't be this difficult. And if prizes are going to be so much you need to cut the time and how much houses ect pays out. Takes too long to get prizes in events. May unlock one prize in a week.* So its still not working and will miss events. Had to drop stars until its fixed

The game has messed up three times now during the Dusty Dwelling event causing me to lose over a 100 life points and the progress I made in the evet 3 times now. The game opened and closed immediately after. It happens when you have to use several sims to find things. I have lost progress on this 3 times now when I had plenty of time to complete it. Now I can't complete what I need to do! When is this going to be fixed?

New Suburb crashes! Please fix this issue. While completing the tasks in the Sandy Suburb it crashes and does not give credit for tasks completed. It is very irritating to have 1-13 Sims start a task that takes hours to complete only to find out when the time runs out the game crashes and the Sims have to start over again. We only have 24 hours to complete the list of tasks then we must use many SP/LP to finish on time or cross fingers that it will not crash the second time. Please fix soon.

This game would be a lot better if it were not for the fact it just continually messes up. Usually it is on events that require a lot of sims at once. I just waited for 6 hours for 11 of my Sims to look for 55 items. As they begun to finish off I was down to 3 sims with about 5 minutes left. The game started to shut down and restart... now I have to resend 8 sims back to do 6 hours again at 2:am. This is not the first time it has reset a marathon wait just to have to do it again. Grrrrr.

I am sooo frustrated with the recent updates to add the new neighborhood quests for Sandy Springs. I have been playing this game for years and Im level 54 with a variety of mansions and special features unlocked. Ever since this update the game keeps crashing. After loosing progress several times I have resorted to obsessively saving to the cloud... But now the stupid game won't even load.... I already know that I am behind now because of it and I don't even want to play anymore. So irritating.

I love the sims been playing for years. But for the past few days every time I try to open it, it crashes. After a few times(4-5), it stays open, but I lost all my progress of what my sims were doing. I've tried force stop, clearing the cache, Uninstaller and reinstalled numerous times, and restarting my phone. I don't know what else to do. Please fix this problem.
