I have played this game for many years,and although I can just about get used to the ads,it's getting beyond a joke,sometimes you squeeze 2 in before a game,particularly when you are playing to win rare gems.This is particularly frustrating as the game cuts of if there are 2 ads and you conveniently loose the reward.

Horrible. So highly unstable. You play games and they just disappear along with scores and rewards earned. And this happens repeatedly for weeks at a time. Some of the risk v reward options make no sense but we've stayed loyal but now this? Maybe it's time to stop

Used to love the game but hate the proliferation of pop-up ads. Sometimes ads pop up in the middle of a game and rewards aren't given. Also, the daily blitz NEVER awards the top prize. Preferred the original format. Have even deleted the game after it continuously froze. I am over this. There are better jewel games.

The game more often than not crashes after watching the ads to replay Daily Challenges. This happens on a variety of devices and is temporarily cured by clearing data and the cache. The poor value is still happening whereby you may need to use more gems than you gain in some events and in Blitz Quest. Why should I pursue Blitz Quest when the above-mentioned bug won't let me replay Daily Challenges to win the quest? Rather than thanks, a bug fix would be better.

I have been playing this game for 10 years and have always loved it. Recently, the number of ads have dramatically increased and are now around a minute in average. I simply close the game now and do something else. You have ruined it with the incessant and intrusive ads!!! I would happily pay to have it ad free. I'm on the point of quitting altogether.

Adverts forever in your face and always selling you something at a high price. Now that the games been updated, I can't play my music while an advert is playing and it's made my phone very slow. The reject purchase button is smaller than the accept, in hope you make a mistake. There's a grand prize of coins worth 500,000 and it's technically 1/9 chance but I've never got it in over 1,000 attempts. If I could give this -5* I still don't think that'd be low enough. Don't waste your time.
