To start with they are bribing users with rewards for 5 star reviews. They have sent 2 messages asking for a five star review since I started the end of July. The game itself tends to crash and rollback progress. When it is working it spams you with requests for ratings. There is no customer service to speak of. I sent a message to them about an issue last week and have yet to see it fixed. The game suggests you go to "their" page to get in contact with them that is a random Facebook group.

Was a great game until the newest update, when the Atlantis area that you access with a golden horn was added. Now it freezes up on both that new section and on the special events after just a few minutes of play, and all progress is lost. What's the point of playing a game where all of the special areas are full of bugs?

Lagging...i like this game. I have even spent actual money on it because i wish to continue playing it. However i can not get into any of the events due to the fact that it keeps crashing every time i try to enter. Fix this and i will rate 5stars edit: now i cant even get into the game to collect my daily gems that i spent money to get. Dont waste your time!

It is an alright game. Creatures are very slow gathering. The events are alright. Better than the other games as you get more creatures early on however, the higher tile points and the size of the event board make it a downer and after a while I stop playing the event. Some of the things you need on the event board to progress are jut to deep in the board which after a while becomes discouraging.

I really liked the game until the new area keeps on freezing and then just boots me out plus the events are starting to do the same, I have lost over 100 gems now on the new area and have contacted support & they just keep giving me the run around instead of actually fixing the problem, getting quite irate at this point, I've even asked a few times for a refund on gems lost because of the games fault not mine but support can't even give me a response to my request or any requests for that matter

Developer announced prizes in exchange for 5 star reviews. It. Is. JUNK. Freezes, kicks you out, and eliminates progress when purchasing. Paid to enter an area. It froze. Multiple attempts, froze every time and did not give me the purchase but charged me still the same *&* set me back in what I had cleared. This one just feels like a battle with the game itself. Save your time and money. Edit: JUNK pure and simple
