I am a table games dealer and training on roulette. You can never get enough practice, but this app allows me to get more realistic practice at home. It doesn't have double zero, but that really doesn't affect what I need it for. This app is not a game. It is just a wheel. Great for entertaining if you know how to deal roulette.
