The objective is to move the tiles, using the empty tile space, to the correct position in order to assemble the picture in the least amount of moves. This popular game is also known as 15 puzzle, slide puzzle, sliding puzzle, sliding block puzzle, sliding tile puzzle, the 15, fifteen puzzle, gem puzzle, the magic puzzle square, boss puzzle, game of fifteen, mystic square, mosaic game.

• What makes this app different from other slider games is that it calculates the minimum path and displays the minimum number of moves needed to solve the puzzle. Since showing the next move can be turned on or off, one could solve the puzzle without the next move showing and if not the minimum path, play the same game this time with the next move showing.

Although young children may not be able to solve a slider game on their own, the ‘next move’ provides them the information necessary so that they can enjoy success in putting the pieces together in the correct order. Buttons:

Action Bar Buttons:

• NEW IMAGE - gets image from either the application or image stored on the device
• SETTINGS allows one to:

• -- Turn sound on or off.
