GeoPop - World Geography Quiz Game

GeoPop makes world geography fun by combining gaming and learning into an easy-to-play trivia quiz game. Geography questions covering world capitals, US state capitals, cities, flags, continents, bodies of water, mountains, and more are carefully crafted and fact checked, and incorporated into a challenging quiz game that promotes learning. Learn geography while having fun! The more you play, the more you learn.

Challenge your knowledge of world geography and compete with others by vying for the top position in the global geography ranking.

There are two modes of play.

⭐ Ranking Games - Compete with friends and other players from around the world, or simply challenge yourself to attain the highest global geography ranking by correctly answering the most geography questions in the least amount of time. The faster you answer the questions, the more points you receive. Watch out for the countdown timer. If you incorrectly answer a question or run out of time, you will lose a ❤️ heart. The game is over when you run out of hearts by incorrectly answering too many questions. The higher your score, the higher your ranking.

⭐ Practice Games - If your global geography ranking is not climbing as fast as you would like, try our practice games where you can review and hone your geography knowledge in a trivia quiz game format. You can practice specific geography categories without the pressure of a countdown timer. What is the state capital of California? What is the highest mountain in the world? Unlike the ranking games, the practice games do not end when you run out of hearts. Missed a question? No problem! Try the next question. See how many total questions you can answer correctly in each practice game.

Practice games are also a great way to learn world geography! Links to relevant Wikipedia pages are provided so you can easily explore and further expand your knowledge on geography topics from world capitals, US state capitals, cities, flags, oceans, rivers, mountains, and more.
