A really cool game actually. As someone else reviewed this, this game breaths life into a classic game genre with some fresh new ideas such as having to focus on shooting the snowmen and dropping presents. The only drawbacks I feel this has is the lower res textures in some places (for example when playing a round, the background is pixelated and blurry), and an option to use Google Play Games instead of Facebook for sharing scores would have been awesome. All in all, a really cool game.

Santa Wars is a fitting tribute to the retro games of old, and revitalises an otherwise stagnant genre with objective-based gameplay and an intuitive upgrades system that incentivises progression. It boasts social network integration, a customisable control layout and a jaunty Christmas theme. This is not your run-of-the-mill shoot 'em up!

Santa Wars is a very addictive and fun game once you get into it. It is packed with sleigh upgrades to enable you to get through the higher, more difficult levels. Two different levels to play on depending how you would like to play! Overall it's a very good game and it's very addictive.
