Great game except for a glitch at the end. When it is in the final scene where the owners stone needs to be destroyed on the table with the four rune maze, I have completed it (after it glitched i even used a skip hoping it would get things going again which didnt work) it shows completed as in the right route but i cannot activate it to finish/end the game. I get it, these things happen. Still a wonderful game overall but i do indeed like their paid versions from the past w/no gems needed.

I've really enjoyed this series of games! The story lines are usually very interesting, and the hidden objects puzzles are rarely of the boring, search-for-items-in-a-list variety. Rather, there is always some unique twist that makes it more challenging and more fun! One of my favorite features of these games is an option to skip an overly-hard puzzle for free by playing a match 3 game instead. Would give 5 stars, but being FORCED to review a game, especially so early on? Unacceptable practice.

I cannot change the difficulty setting and am on hard mode. I cannot complete the 3 coloured bead game and have used my gem already. I am very dissapointed and will, therefore, uninstall this game rather than buy more gems. Your generic response is not helpful. It is clear to see the problem and what needs to be done without writing to the 'team'.

Crashing and using my purchased gems. I'm stuck on a mini puzzle. Used the free gem to skip it and the app crashed so thinking it was a fluke I purchased 5 gems to continue game and the same thing happened. So it's taken my gems and crashed when I press skip. I have contacted support twice now and had no response.

Good until the magnet coin puzzle. The coin fell and disappeared so now I cannot continue. Alot of the puzzle interfaces are just off slightly throughout the game which can be frustrating but to get to this point and not be able to continue is really annoying.

Your answer says exactly why I don't play "Free To Play" games. I want to be in full control of my pace without needing to buy gems if I want to finish quicker. I play hidden objects games only because I can play at MY pace and choosing after a one time purchase and not having the game/$ dictate when I can play. To list as a casual game is a lie. Casual means to be relaxed and unconcerned if I have to keep track of time and/or spend $ for gems that is not relaxed.
