Ever since the Brazil update my game keeps crashing and I haven't even made it out of Japan yet. I had before but the system lost my information and I had to start all over at the beginning again spending so much money and I am on the last restaurant before France (which is where I was before my game play was mysteriously wiped out) and the game keeps crashing and not giving me my customer gifts or anything. It just freezes and stops, you can understand why I am upset after all of the money

Edit: You have hundreds of people already telling you exactly what's wrong. If you were going to fix it, you already would have. I changed from 2 to 1 star. If you want to fix it, then just fix it. It gets impossible for some levels, despite having all of the upgrades. Invasive adds, constantly, on top of the adds it begs you to watch for little add-ons. It's really just a cheap cash grab for developers. I doubt they put any effort into making the game playable.

Very nice graphic and furniture design so cute but the game kinda slow and not challenging enough for me. Maybe because I'm used to playing harder ones 😅

I have been waiting on more rooms in the Beach villa. I finshed the boys' room A LONG TIME AGO (MONTHS). There has been several updates but the rooms are still locked and say "coming soon". I have downloaded other games to play because I am waiting on more rooms. I use to play the game everyday.

I would love to reply to you in game, but I already uninstalled it. I don't mind spending real money, I just don't like to feel like I'm being taken advantaged of, by paying for very little enjoyable play. I hope you will reevaluate your prices, times are tight and when financial cuts must be made, I don't think paying for fun will be the first to go.
