This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MonoMoney - Monopoly Money For Your Phone on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. This app seems to be the only one like it. I wish I had a little more control. I would pay for that. For example, I wish I could change another player's profile picture on my side. Or if there was a simple mode and a landscape mode, that way casting to a screen would look better

The app is the best one for this, the only thing I can complain about is that it doesn't let you to change the starting money, luxury tax, go, etc..

About this app

If you're tired of dealing with paper Monopoly money, use your phone instead! With this app you can each use your own device, or share whatever you've got. Simply join your friends room with their password. No more worrying about losing your monopoly money, or having to constantly organize your monopoly money pile.

Tip: If you're limited on devices you can elect a banker and cast the app to your TV. Now you can all see your money on the big screen.

Swipe left or right on a player to remove them from the game.

You'll need to set up your room's password by clicking the room name in the app bar.

In the latest version you can now add friends. Right now it's just an easier way of adding a new player to the game with their own username. In the future I'm hoping to add a little cosmetics such as custom Avatars. Although right now custom avatars are working if you've registered your e-mail with Gravatar - if you haven't done so I'd highly recommend it, many websites and apps use this feature.

History is currently a known issue and is being worked on.

New features

Added grace period with transactions. You now have a chance to undo the transactions you make. Swipe away the pop-up to make the transaction instantly.

Rooms you join are saved. Click the address book in the e-mail input box to view them. As always, swipe to remove them.

Added pop-up when adding new players, with a little info to inform you to swipe to remove players from the game.
