Love this game! It plays out like the old books called "Choose your own adventure" not quite a true role playing game because role playing games were based on random rolls of the dice to decide outcomes of adventures. Still the story lines are vivid and have numerous outcomes based on your decisions. Lots of fun. Not a Christian game, so not the best for children with formative minds. Due to the fact there are many occultic themes and some adult themed story lines. Overall a fun series of books.

Narratives within this app seem engaging and thoughtful. I've only read part of the Wizard scenario, but what I've engaged with has kept my attention and the decisions I'm faced with will have me set the story down to genuinely reflect what I believe to be the best course to take. It didn't take long for the Wizard's story to ramp up and I'm extremely curious about the other stories.

Haven't played a text adventure In many years. This was well written And exciting. Choices were creative and distinct for different path outcomes. only once was there a choice where I didn't prefer one and had to go with one anyway Look forward to playing again and trying different paths. That is the cool thing about (your) choice based games, never the same outcome! If at first you don't succeed, try try again. A lot of "new" games are the opposite. Cheers 😃 P.S. huge fan of D&D since 1979

Its really satisfying to read. However as I saw in another review the outcome of the story is pretty concrete (although Ive only finished one series) and the decisions only affect the balance of health, mana and morale, as well as some entertaining scene changes (I find myself often using luck to go back one choice and redo outcomes in a scene). It would be neat if additional volumes had conclusions that were more dynamically based on choices as opposed to a simplistic D&D based point system. GJ

There is no reason to play ligit play every book on this app. It's also actually safe to use your "wallet to buy luck and coins, too. I was scared at first but this is a real independent developer who has an honest product. They have no ill-intent with this thing, so stock up on your coins! You'll need them to unlock more stories! (Could also just watch a few 30 second ads, wich ever works for you, I guess.) My personal favorite is the Bigfoot story. Waiting for the chupacabra next lol!

This game was fun for a day, but the longer I played the more apparent it became that the "choose your own adventure" aspect is pretty minimal, with the storyline almost completely predetermined and "railroady." Your impact as the player is mostly to determine what balance of health, mana, and morale you retain when you complete a chapter. The chapters themselves are not really impact by your choices, nor do you really get to play your character the way you might prefer (especially by chapter 4)
