I spent so much money on this app. But when my character role was suddenly deleted by someone and i dont know how and why ismit deleted. Dev. Team promise me they will back my account within 24hours but sadly 32 hours haved been past and nothing happened. Please return role and all of my stuffs and pets, im already VIP and you dont mind my reports. I have so many reports sent to you but ignore it. I liked this game so gave back my role.

I do have sa previous account and its deleted. Then i created a NEW account and now ive done chapter 1 and 2 and ask for chapter 3 ive done stage 1 2 and 3 but for stage number 4? I cant play stage 4 why? I dont know ive done the main quest right and its been 2 days and still i havent played stage 4 of chapter 3 and now ive been leveling up in raiding thanks to that im lvl 35 now and IT SUCKS i wish it was just like before back then.. pls fix this.. and ill uninstall thia first and instal it back after you fix it BUT ONEBOF THE BEST APPS GOOD JOB

I have just downloaded the new app and im a little concerned about my previous account. Am i able to retrieve it and if so, how do i do so? I spent quite a bit of money and dont want to see all my prior work lost. Thank you. :) if you can resolve this ill give 5 stars.

I'm so disappointed specially to tech support of this game. My account was hacked and there is no way to change your password by yourself, so I contacted your support on facebook and one of your support responded. He changed my password to my desire new password and I appreciate that effort. However, the hacker can still login my account using my old password I tried to confirm and was confirmed. I contacted again the support on facebook, It's been 2days but no response and you guys hurt my feelings when I found out that TECH SUPPORT JUST SEEN MY MESSAGE. I'm very very disappointed, I love this game but after this I felt like I dont want to play this game anymore.

The rarerity of pets is not as vstar LOD. I like the most is kennan but since its a new character or profile i try to find kennan si shop but i refresh mose likely 10 or 15 but no kennan. And its a bit laggy

how come when im in the first quest its always disconnecting. 10 attempts already and still disconnecting on the same part. Elven server. the part where you need to defend something and while attacking the guard its always says disconnect. please fix this i really love this game. f u fix that i will recommend it to all of my friends and give 5 stars.
