Whats happening ive upgraded my characters but it crashes and went me back to my home screen and when ive returned to the game the character is only lvl 1 but my gem has been deducted..plz.fix this one.

THE STORY:

The continent of Leonia, floating on the Liberia Ocean...
In the distant past, this land was a dark continent ruled by a demonic god.

Hellish beasts roamed the earth, and the people led hopeless and painful lives as slaves of the evil empire.
