I just downloaded the game in my ipad and it says Error 1002 after downloading the required data of 92MB and making a username. I've uninstalled the game multiple times and still got the error in my ipad every time. The storage is also not full, I have around 20 GB left. Please give me a solution and once it's fixed, I'll come back and rate 5 stars because this game is truly addictive and fun. Thanks.

Did not get the 100 Diamonds I purchase. I cant get through to customer support either. If you fix this, I will give a higher review. The money had clearly been deducted from my acount and yet no diamond in return. I purchase the first step package. Can you fix this asap

I love your games so much and I hope if you can bring back Superstar BTS it was really nice...and another note can you please do something to the sensitivity as sometimes I tap on the note but it says that I miss...but other than that I love your games, keep up the amazing work ❤
