This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MRCPsych Learn A on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Great way to get lots of questions done quickly

Edited review: I've updated my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. The developers have improved the app so that it doesn't restart the quiz if you get an answer wrong (before, you got to know the first set of questions on A1 material pretty well because you were sent back to them when you got any A2 material questions wrong!). The app is so much better for this change. V handy for on the go revision!

About this app

MRCPsych exams require knowledge in Psychiatry, Psychology, Pharmacology and Anatomy and this App has addictive quick-fire quiz games based on hundreds of questions from Past Paper A exams.
Feedback from trainees who used this app has been positive.

MultiChoice style questions over the rounds of the challenge allow for Rapid progression through the topic material. Initial feedback has been that it is much faster than using traditional question banks, and more fun too!. The App only uses a small amount of internet (<0.1MB when opening to update latest questions) but will then work without net connection for as long as the app is not closed; Hence can be used on flights and other offline situations.

20 rounds of play using mini games in Quiz and 'Chaser' styles, using proven past MCQs, which cover the topic areas essential for the Royal College of Psychiatry Paper A Syllabus.
