Why when I go back to play this game do I end up with an empty grid? The clock counts down and I can use my Hints but it's a grid box with no shapes in it...only way to fix this is to uninstall it and install it back...Any suggestions???

Was enjoying game until I logged on to play next level to find a blank grid with lock symbol over level number at the bottom of screen. Have just deleted game and downloaded it again to see if happens again.
