Very similar to Advance Wars, but it's VERY early release currently. No sound, only one level which replays over and over, and no tutorial/guide, so you have to learn how to play by guessing what everything does. This game has a lot of potential, but is very bare right now.

Solid start for a great game. Much more similar to Wargroove than Advance Wars, but still likeable. Keep it up!

I have played advance wars in Gameboy and looking for similar game on android, I liked this game but it's doesn't have more maps and levels.

Very bad implementation of an advancewars style game even for early access. There are 100 levels but they are all the same and there isn't really any difference in difficulty of the AI. The AI on level 100 was just as easy as the AI at level 1. If you wanted to see if people are still interested you should have 1. Been honest with the number of levels there are. 2. Left a survey that people could fill out saying what they want to help give you ideas. 3. Able to create and share our own level.

Kinda get thrown in the mix but really happy to see advance wars again. I have been eager to play this series again for so long. I love fire emblem but I really really miss AV I played everyone I could get my hands on. Keep up the great work and excited for the finish product. I'm learning programming so if I can help and get some experience please let me know.

I know that this is early access but there are so many issues. 1) It's not very enjoyable to play. There's no sounds and it has no tutorials explaining how the units work and so on. 2) It is very buggy and doesn't have a proper proper interface. Please fix these issues. I would have given this a 1 star rating to be honest but since this is early access, I'll let it pass. I will change my rating after these issues are fixed. Thank you.

About this app

The battles of Advance Wars are turn-based. Two to four armies, each headed by a commanding officer, take turns building and commanding units on grid-based maps, while attacking enemy units, moving positions, holding ground, or capturing enemy/neutral properties (cities, ports, airports, bases, or HQ).[1]

All units are limited in the types of units they can attack.[1] What dictates a unit's ability to attack different targets are its primary and secondary weapons. For example, the Mech unit has a bazooka that can only be fired at land vehicles, but are more powerful for that purpose than their secondary weapons, machine guns, which Mechs can use against other Mechs, Infantry, and helicopters.

Units that can attack, do so either directly (can attack adjacent to another unit where standing or moved, but be counter-attacked by the enemy unit), or in-directly (must remain still to attack, and have an enemy in firing range). The amount of damage done by a unit to an enemy unit in combat, comes down to a number of factors: the number of hit points the attacker has, whether they can use their main weapon (if not, they either cannot, or will use their secondary weapon instead), the type of unit the attacker and the defender are, and the terrain the enemy unit is on; by contrast, if the enemy unit is directly attacked, the same factors determine the damage done when they counter-attack the attacking unit. The majority of units have main weapons with a limited supply of ammunition, with the amount of ammo depending on the type of unit. Units with secondary weapons will resort to these when their primary weapon's ammunition runs out until they are resupplied.
