How to play:
You're given a target number and a starting number and your goal is to get the starting number equal to the target number in as few steps as possible. You do this by adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing your current number by the specified next number.

-Note on Division:
When the operation selected is division, the current number will be divided by the specified next number. Any decimals that result from the division will be truncated in order to keep all of the numbers as integers.
