I agree with the reviews I've read on here. It's not a sequel. If the original shop heroes player base were able to literally pick up where we left off with our stores, merch, heroes, gems, coins and all then it would be awesome. This is for new comers I am sure they will enjoy it for those of us still playing the 1st edition game we should stay there!

I'm very disappointed with they treat me as a long time player. I have aged the first shop heroes for over 5 years a d spent real money on that game. Now I have to start over for what seems like minor changes? The "starting gift" for returning players is a joke. After putting so much time and money into the original game this feels like a real low blow to loyal customers, and seems like a way to milk us for more money for the same product.

The game was going well, all though it is a copy of sorts of the original, but still fun. Than i decided to buy a few items from the shop and the items never were given to me. I have contacted what they call cloudcade support but have not had a response.This is a transaction not something you should drag your feet on. 7/15/21. In response to your response, i tried yet again to contact cloudcade through email and ingame support. I included multiple screenshots of transactions , no response..

Labeled as a cequel to Shop Heroes but despite that; it s still missing a few important (very) features the original version had: 1 Trade Store: A- when selling anything, the user can't see his current inventory for the selected item; B- when selling something, the price of the market isn't easy to find. 2 When crafting: A- the red background of an item missing it's crafting component is a bit too much: I suggest keeping the grey/gold borders with a red background in the component's section

The latest update wiped about 3 days worth of progress... as for the game itself i still find myself spending more time playing the first game as it is definitely a superior game. I wanted to give this game a chance as i know new games will need some time for polishing but an update that rolls back 3 days worth of progress is reason enough for me to uninstall

Many unique charms of the original Shop Heroes are lost in their new game, SHL. Moreover, there are bugs and illogical mechanics that needs to be improved upon. Thus, the game is quite unfinished as of now. I knew Shop Heroes is not perfect game, but it is better state than SHL. If you really want to play, play Shop Titans or SH instead. Shop Titans may not have the unique charms of SH, but better game than SHL. As of now, no reason to choose this game over SH or ST. ST is greedy but at least their service is deserving. CC on the other hand just sit and ask for your hard-earned cash, doing nothing to their game. Shame on CC that they did not fix SH's bugs but created the new game with 80% similarity to force players to pay again for the same thing. For customer's service, you can observe on how they manage their official forum and patch notes announcement. Never see a game company that are so unprofessional as CC so much that I think they do not hire any admin
