Update since original review in 2021: game started to work and was going great, but the recent update has now made it worse than before. Even when you try to contact support, you get booted out! If you pay for something clipwire will give you a run around and not give you a refund or all the items you purchased...you're lucky to get half that after jumping through loops because they will say their system said it was given even after you send screen shots that they require for proof!!!

Going to uninstall. I have playing this game for years. It used to be great fun but it has become the worst. It seems like every other day I am being told I need to update to play as I can't collect credits or give gifts. I try to update as I am told and it says to either uninstall or play!?!?! I was told this was fixed? Really? I have lost credits due to this and the game has definitely lost the fun of playing and just isn't worth the effort or time anymore so it is time to say goodbye.

The number of ads are ridiculous and distracting. Before I could even play the first game, I was forced to watch an ad. You get one game, then an ad. One game, then an ad. You don't even get a chance to enjoy the game and get into it before getting distracted from the game. Deleted after playing just 4 games and being forced to sit through 5 ads.

EDIT: support tried to address my issue. The support person was kind and did their best. I was sent speadsheets of data to review, but they did not show the reality of what happened on my end. I have had continual issues since, with glitches and frozen loading screens. Missing or losing things I paid actual money for. I do like the game when it works. I have played this game for over 275hrs. But in the last week 600+ powerups just DISAPPEARED from my account. No response from support.

I gave this game a year. I thought I will play...I will even buy tokens, and I will give it a year. Maybe they will start to give out more free tokens and make this game all worth it. But I am up to level 98 and I am still only earning 40 tokens a day. The puzzle pieces are so hard to get which makes completing puzzles extremely hard. And let's not even talk about how extremely HARD it is to get items to build the things in the designs. I have never once finished anything in this game before they end each design category. When you do manage to win tokens to play it's hardly ever more than 4 or 8 and to get items to build you have to use at least 64 tokens per game. It's not worth your time and absolutely not worth the money I have spent to keep playing!

Doesn't give you enough coins to play more than a couple of rounds. Have to wait DAYS to build up enough to play. Says "okay for free" on one of the boards, but you still have to use your coins to play, so that's pointless and misleading. Also, every time it puts an ad on before a game, if you accidentally touch the video, or miss the 'x' by even a hair, it opens up the link and when you go back to the game, the entire game resets to the loading page you see upon opening the app. Irritating!
