Exactly what they say it is; something pointless to look at it. You don't
really do anything, you just sit there and watch buildings get built. You
can change it between a day and night cycle, play or pause time. You may
also zoom out and in or have a silhouette in the background of landmark
buildings as a comparison to where your city is. As it does exactly what
they say, I gave it a 3. It isn't my cup of tea but I'm sure someone out
there would appreciate it.
