Please dont waste your time downloading this app. It does not give 500 vc a day like it says. It wont let you sign into your xbox or playstation account to do a face scan. Plus it takes forever to load up and is super slow. And to put the cherry on top, there is NO customer service to ask questions or make complaints. Please dont waste your beloved time like I did, and stop playing 2k.

Does not work for Xbox accounts! As many others are saying, been trying for a few days and no luck for Xbox. The game is great so far, but this app is the only way to scan yourself into the created player experience, so plan to use the preset options. From what I have seen in the menus you can add your face scan in later after your player has already started their career- if they ever get this app to work.

The face scan literally does not work. I can pull up quite literally any other app on my phone with facial recognition technology and they all work in almost any lighting. I try to use this app under every light source and it refuses to find my face. And when it finally does and I finally upload it to the game, I get that condescending error message from 2k telling me I don't know how to follow instructions. And they wanna sell their game for $80...

For months I have been trying to get logged in for Xbox. For months I have not been able to reach the sign in section to log into my xbox account. For months this game has been a waste of developers time bc they are changing nothing and doing nothing to get their games working properly. Where tf is NBA Lives return to greatness bc 2k sports has officially reached Money Grabber Status and the fans are sick of it.

I'm experiencing the same issue that it seems everyone who plays through Xbox live is having. I am currently is an ongoing email conversation with 2k support but they do not seem to acknowledge or understand what the problem is. I'm trying to be as concise as possible so hopefully it will be resolved soon...

Every year is the same thing, face scan doesn't work and costant login issues. This time, I can't even get in at all. I've lost what little remained of my respect for this company. I use to be an annual 2k buyer. Those days are long gone. Shame.
