I love this game, play it pretty much everyday, but after the lastest update on April 10 the game is broken. It is stuck on a black screen and never even makes it to the "Tap to play" screen. I've restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and let it sit for about 20 minutes. The sceen just stays black. Please fix this.

I dont often write reviews but this could be the worst app of all time. I only downloaded it to scan my face for 2K19 and it was completely incapable of completing this simple task. It constantly logs out, freezes, crashes and can't find my face no matter how much lighting and clarity I supply. Anyone involved with the creation of this app should be shot, and Sony needs to take a good look at themselves. I hang my own head in shame for even giving it one star, but it's the lowest I am permitted.

LOVE THIS GAME!!! But 2k I have a tablet and it won't read my face for the face skan so that's really frustrating. It makes my face look really chubby and stretched out so if there's a chance u could fix that would be great thanks.

new update broke the app. i have to open it then do something else for a few. then go back and it is finally loaded. fix it bungie... oh sorry use to their failure. fix it 2k lol
