it's absolutely impossible to win consistently no matter how you play. during, the play, the dealer will always always always have the cards to make a pair, make 25, make 31, or get a run no matter what cards you play. It's absolutely positively statistically impossible for the dealer to always have the cards needed to get the highest amount of points every single game during, the play part of it. Your only chance of winning is to get some points on the deal, which hardly ever happens.
