Hi we have chatted before. I am Jennifer who left the review about how great the game is but the black screen just glitches & you have to restart. I had to do a factory reset today & I lost everything as far as all my levels. I really don't want to start at the bottom and I was up to somewhere in the 400 I believe & so I was just wondering if there's any way that I don't have to start at the bottom again. Just made 3 more recent purchases. It's all gone. No refund just put me back @ my level?

It was a great game at first, which I played for several months, challenging and enjoyable even with the few ads but it all changed. It may have updated without me knowing about it but I used to purchase items with the coins I earned while playing so now the coins I earned are worthless and I have to pay actual $ to get the same items I needed to advance in the game. Ingame optional purchases are fine but to make it mandatory is not. I will now uninstall and continue playing the others I have.

It will not give you the rewards all it "video in preparation". And yes I have a strong internet connection. This happens all the time now, I am on 605 getting ready to delete this tried of it. And no I am not going to spend any money on it.

Good game, would have been 5 stars except it's difficult to switch colours without accidentally shooting- it's too sensitive, like a hair trigger.
