This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Zippy Fleet: Space Strategy on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Not sure exactly what genre this is. You control fleets of ships to conquer planets that build your ships. I've been enjoying it quite a bit. It could use some graphics showing you where your fleets are. It would also be nice if it told you how many ships were attacking a given planet. Those wouldn't change gameplay at all. If you wanted to change gameplay, I would recommend being able to upgrade your planets or ships to increase speed of production, speed of movement or kill ratios.

Been looking for a game based on Strategic Commander and Spaceward Ho from the 90s for a long time on Android. The gameplay works, and it has potential to be a lot better, but the UI could use some upgrades. Show your own ships plotted on the way to enemy planets based on the turn, and possibly work in planet/ship upgrade mechanics.

Very nice turn based game. the game controls, the game balance and the maps and the AI are amazingly well tuned. Totally addictive! Few suggestions for 2.0 * bigger maps (more planets) * showing number of ships on your own planets * some sort of radar 'showing' attacking ships if they one turn away (only if it does not mess with the game balance) * evtl adding a defensive item

Like the game but some of the maps are too big for the screen and if there is a way to move around and see the rest of the map I can't find it. As it turns out, there is a problem with the display on some Android phones and I'm just lucky enough to have one, don't know when or if a fix will be done, so I guess I'm out of the space fleet business.

Usually I get bored with a game after I figure out how to win against the AI, which happens quite soon usually :P but in this case I am finding this quite tricky to beat. Love it !
