This has to be the worst gaming app ever. After depositing my money, it took me over an hour to get my bonus from a supposed live chat. After they finally give me my bonus, I attempt to get into a game, but it tells me I don't have enough chips to go to cashier and purchase some more when I clearly have more than enough to play. I spent a total of almost 3 hours just trying to get in a hand and have been completely unsuccessful. Do yourself a favor and go to a different casino.

We need to go back to the days were online gambling is illegal because of sites like this pretty obvious when you play in the tournament that you're playing against the bots especially if you have a program that tells you don't play most of the players are bots you will never get paid on here unless it's cash game and even then you still have to deal with bots it's rigged just stay away from it you want to play world series of poker that's your best bet not this 1

I have been playing on this app for about 7 years, and what happened to me a few weeks ago when they were hacked is an embarrassment. I was not able to get my winning for over 2 weeks, 4000 dollars . Byt they were eager to take my losses. They did not give me any bonus money for the inconvenience. I love the casino itself, but the app is pretty bad of late. I hope they do better and value their cutomers.

0⭐STILL TERRIBLE NOT FAIR GAMING Just busted out of a tourney. This app has either 'employees', ai/bots and or cheaters. We r in round 14. No more rebuys. Dude/bot has 110k in chips, I have 40k. I get AQ offsuit. I go all in preflop. Dude/bot calls w 83 offsuit. Hits 8 on the river. THIS APP SUX.. If y get A or K high flush draw on the flop, it's less than .003% u will get the flush. This app is altered so u bust out by chasing. Having u to rebuy so this app can fulfill their guaranteed payout

Created a account to find out i can only play in the state of NJ. And it still aloud me to mske a deposit, but not play, how dumb is that.

My account was locked for "trying to spoof my location" because I tried to use my computer with my work VPN on it to play, and now it's taking them an inordinate amount of time to resolve this even after I responded to their very invasive records request to get the account unlocked. [edit] In regard to Borgata's response, I have contacted them both before and after and their support is useless. Just wasting my time sending me in circles with endless streams of wrong and contradictory info.
