Love this game, until this morning's recent update where I now have to sit and watch 20-second ads 😠 Can't exit out of them until the ad is done. Bummer!

I really like this game except for two things. the interface is clean and simple and its nice on the eyes. However, i find it really frustrating that you have to buy everything. yes, I get developers need to make money. but there are a LOT of ads in this game and there are NO perks...no hints to earn, no badges, no coins to buy hints or anything fun. They give you 5 hints and after that you shell out money. It doesnt seem much like a game, just sets of chopped up crossword puzzle questions. which brings to 2nd dislike ... many words are so obscure and archaic youd never get it or the answer/word is just plain incorrect. the hints are written in cryptic, confusing crossword puzzle lingo, meant to sometimes be an (irritating) convoluted thing you have to figure out in the first place. many times even after solving it, we'd go "huh?". a lot of questions are so awkwardly worded or put in such a way its too flippant to understand. in short, you get stuck and there it ends or you spend money. or go look up answers online but shouldn't the app game itself have help and hints and fun within its own game? its fun, or can be if it wasn't a bit convoluted as much as it is. for this game being around as long as it has youd think they'd improve and add to compete a bit more instead of just thowing out dry crossword puzzle questions bizarrely written, chopping the answers into segments and thats that. and anything else youd like to know either go to another person's site for free solves or pay money to these people who, with a bit more work could have a spectacular game.

I like the game, but the "under the hood improvements" have introduced SEVERAL new, intrusive permissions.

Loved this game for a long time but when I completed puzzle 1385 the game froze and even after uninstalling and reinstalling it still doesn't work. I was very addicted to this game and miss playing it

Be great if I didn't have to uninstall/reinstall on a constant basis. Worked great for ages now if I close it just won't open.
