You can transform into incredible monster anytime you want. You can destroy walls and wreck tanks and lethal machines. Follow the in-game story in order to survive. There is a magical diamond hidden in the prison. That diamond will help you control your power. You have to steal the diamond from the prison security and deactivate heat vision laser beams. High intensity beams are your only weakness. So get away from laser beams and deactivate laser security to unlock hidden and special doors. Find sticks, keys and many other objects that will help you break the prison.
