AgileScrum-PM provides exciting and challenging educational-entertainment activities for a wide range of audiences in the project management space, from business professionals to students. This unique audio-visual experience presents current project management concepts from traditional Linear Waterfall Methodology and the Agile Scrum Framework. All discussions are aligned with the disciplines of Linear Waterfall and Agile Scrum from leading project management institutions. Players should activate the sound feature of their Android tablet device in order to maximize a rich, unparalleled, interactive experience with the learning activities.

The objective of AgileScrum-PM is to challenge and entertain the player with randomly presented project management quizzes, each providing 4 multiple-choice optional answers. The player reads the question and touches an option button [A], [B], [C] or [D] as the correct answer in response to the question. The score is accumulated automatically and stored for review on the scoreboard later. Each session consists of 50 randomly selected questions from a pool of over 200.

This creative learning game covers all ten (10) project management knowledge areas. The questions are randomly presented at the touch of a button. Challenging, intellectual quizzes cover cost management, communication management, HR management, integration management, procurement management, quality management, risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, and time management.

These project management activities may prove quite beneficial to those preparing for project management exams, while presenting a fun-filled, intellectual, and challenging experience interacting with the most current concepts and artifacts defined by the agile values and principles, and within the project management body of knowledge.

The application is quite intuitive. Nevertheless, it includes an instruction page, accessible from the main page, which provides the player with a complete guide for the application and, also on-screen instructions for the activities.

To obtain the full benefit from each game session, the player should respond to all fifty (50) random questions. The sessions end after fifty (50) questions are attempted. At the end of each session and a brief presentation, the player is encouraged to touch [BOARD] to reveal a scoreboard, which details the overall score by project management areas.

After reviewing the score, the player may play another game by touching [PLAY GAME] on the scoreboard page.

At any time while on the game page, the player may touch [QUIT] to exit the game.
