I just bought the game and it won't play just a blank screen. I have bought a lot of games from bigfish & they won't give me a refund. I will not be buying anymore games from bigfish.

I would love to tell you about this game unfortunately it's not possible because everytime I try to play it.. the game never loads at all. All I get is a blank screen then a message for error pops up that says the app is not responding. I also tried to get a refund and even though I was never able to play it the refund button disappeared. So if possible can someone please help me get the game to work or refund me the 3.00 I spent on it.

this is the second time ive paod for and downloaded a game from bugfish that wont load, freezes and crashes. I troubleshooted, dudnt help. and i highly doubt its an issue with my phone because all other big fish games work fine. i just waated more money and im mot happy. i also am upset cant get a real person to help me.

Paid for this game and have yet to play it. It keep telling me to update the game i have uninstalled and it is still saying the same thing and i can't get a refund need help

Wouldn't load said game was for older android and check for update. Third big fish game I've had to get a refund for this week. Not happy at all.
