JUST RESTARTED ME AGAIN...It keeps closing. Very frustrating. I was well past half way through when the next screen was black, there was music but no way to interact. I had already started over after a different glitch where it closed and when I reopened it there was an item missing so I could not move forward. Now it has taken me back to the beginning ?

The game keeps on restarting after a few minutes of play. Uninstalling and reinstalling have not fixed the problem. Seems like it could be a fun game to play. However it's very hard to actually enjoy the game with it restarting every couple of minutes!! FIX THE PROBLEM OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!!! 3/20 and STILL no response regarding the problem or my refund. SHAME ON YOU!!!! I have lost count on how much I've spent on their games. Looks like no more purchases are in the future from me

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME AT ALL!!!!! It continuously closes and lags, and returns you to the beginning of the game. 3 weeks ago i requested a full refund after buying the game and first trying it after the 2 hour limit, i immediately wrote to request my refund and until this day i still have not received anything, not even a comment from the distributor. I always purchase Big Fish games and they have now left a sour taste in my mouth, Big Fish you should be ashamed of yourself for not responding. I am once again requesting a FULL REFUND!!!!

Purchased the game and had to reset game multiple times. Now go to play and it starts me at the beginning. Would like a credit for this gme where I maybe able to purchase another game in near future.

I was enjoying the game, it crashed a few times but always started me back where I left off. But, it crashed a few minutes ago and reset my profile! I have to start all over!!! FYI the update did not fix the problem!

This is the 2nd time to play. I did love it but you updated it and I can't get past the gates of Nightville. I open the letter and it gives me options then disappears. Whatever you did with the update made it impossible to play.
