Whatever payment you made ingame on whatever item you buy ingame, dev can change it with a notice that there is a mistake. You will not get a refund. It is a trick by dev, they put up a premium item at a very cheap price, then after many bought it, dev will say, it was a mistake, it not the premium that they intend to sell but some cheap item where you can get ingame without paying

Been in the game for years. However just today, please take note. This developer can decide to change the content of an item sold and took back so much more than was initially given. It is also not compliant to Google play policy that the purchase cannot be refund via Google play. I hope the developer will process my refund purchase accordingly.

Made an in-app purchase, gotten what was stated. Less than 24 hours later, developer unilaterally rescinded the purchase. Payment made, gotten nothing! Developer should honour the transaction because the goods/services has been delivered. They chose not to hence the trust is lost because this suggests they can do whatever they want. If a genuine mistake is made, proper arrangements and communication would be decent, not hard-handedly revoke an event or incident. Lousy!

After the take over, you guys have made tonnes of mistake and the most recent one has done it all. You put something up for sale and when people buy them, you took it back without refund and gave something else which we would not even think of spending that amount of money to get it. Your customer service is a waste of man power as they are unable to do anything to help your paying customers.

Best Graphic, Nice Music and Easy to understand. The Problem is why this game so difficult. I am Big Fan of three kingdom serie. For this Game I Spend time to upgrade Everything I can. I Still Never Pass The Third Battle Field Of Main Story. Never See Other Game Difficult Like This Game Before. Atlease You Should Keep Play Main Story for a while. That The Ploblem Why I Feel How Boring about This Game. I Have 2 orange officer, I Can Tell It Dosen't help You Easy To Pass the main Story.

Purchased $100 items for daily recharge then devs rolled back and gave compensation not even close to worth or proper items from what was so effectively a bait and switch. Also have multiple people in army that didn't even purchase treasure via this method (got SSX treasure from hero gathering) and ended up losing their treasure. Not a proper roll back or even a forced refund. A forced refund would of been better than the compensation given that very few would of bought for $100.
