- Most importantly, the site is simple and easy to use. The simulations are based off real, tangible stats – not arbitrary ratings. And the stats are basic so that the sim results make sense. We’re not going waste our time with nonsense like, “How well does a batter hit on turf during the day against lefties?” If you’re looking for that level of stat geekiness, you won’t find it here. The philosophy is to keep it simple and fun. Obviously, the more time you invest, the better you will become at building a winning team. But you don’t necessarily have to spend hours and hours to be successful. And remember, it's about having some fun. In the end, plenty of "luck" is involved, so don't take it too seriously!

Hoops Playground
This free online basketball management game was built in just a few weeks to help entertain fans missing basketball during the pandemic. This is basketball simulation meaning you draft your team and the games are all simulated based on real-life historical stats. The rules are simple:

- Join a playground!
- Rank players for the draft. Best players from 1974-present are available, depending on the league you join.
- Once the league fills, you'll draft one player every eight hours over the course of 40 hours.
- Once the draft is over, each team will have a 5-man squad. (PG, SG, SF, PF, C)
- Set your desired FG shares for each player, and get ready to battle through a - 40-game season (one game simulated every eight hours).
- No subs, no timeouts, just street ball. First team to 80 points wins the game.
At the end of 40 games, the top four teams will play in a best-of-3 tourney to decide the champion.
- Play as many times as you want, rack up as many trophies as you can.
- Draft up to three teams at a time. (Active site donors can draft 10 teams at a time.)
