This app was working fine until about 2 months ago. When I login and share my location, it still says "can't verify" and then asks me to select my location. Then I select it and the app won't go past that screen like it's frozen. I've un/reinstalled. I've verified my location sharing settings are correct. It's a damn shame because I prefer this over William Hill or MGM, but if this one is going to remain permanently a POS, I'll just close my account.

Terrible app. It crashes every 15 seconds sometimes for 30 minutes. You can't make proper bets on time because it crashes and the login doesn't work sometimes so if you want to inplay a game you'll miss out due to terrible programming. The only bright spot is the convenience of not having to go to casinos to bet it gives you the option to bet from home deposit/withdraw money in less than 30 minutes

At first I gave the app 5 stars because I was just in awe of all the bets but now that it's been a few months. I'm not going to drop it to one ⭐ but two ⭐⭐ because the app seems cheap as hell. It's like you went with the cheapest technology. It shouldn't crash all the time and the app shouldn't be continuously struggling to find my location. You need to change the app or else when FanDuel and DraftKings eventually are allowed in the State of Nevada. You'll have big problems..

It's absolutely frustrating. It crashes, and you have to reload it- at the most critical times- when you are making a bet! Because of this, the bet you wanted to place is missed. Live wagering depends on the app working properly, which is does not. It's not my phone, as I have installed it on 2 phones with the same problem. I even uninstalled it, and reinstalled it hoping it would be better. Nope. Just more of the same frustrating crashes. I say it's a piece of animal excrement.

I tried the feature to convert RCs (Reward Credits) into Sports Bonus bets. Only after, a popup says all bets will use cash in my account FIRST before I can use my bonus. That would mean losing or withdrawing all my cash. It would've been nice to see these terms in advance ... so, there's a button that says I can reverse the bonus. I did that, bonus reversed. I did not get my points back. I contacted support, was told they can't restore the points. Look at all 1☆ reviews. They truly don't care

One of the Worst Apps ever. Still waiting to claim my winnings which was won last Saturday. Been given the run around when I reach the Customer service representatives. Definitely not worth betting on this app. Can't even give it 1 star.
