Using BlueStacks

Having major trouble trying to connect my Einstein!!! The app cannot detect when connected to wifi and keeps asking me to connect!!! I have been struggling for hours!!! And have tried 3 different devices and android and apple all with the same problem. When finally the app get somewhere and says to reboot robot. It flitches ans freezes Then have to start all over again!

Sucks. Gets stuck going around and cant get into settings or anything else. Robot never worked properly after hours of trying and they would not take it back because more than 30 days. called Hanson at 800 # and disconnected 4 times!

my son got the toy as a present in 2019. it looks like this app hasnt been updated for 1 yr now. tried creating an account but passwrds didnt match. try to reset asks to create new passwrd but wont accept it. heeeeelppppp!!!!!

Unreliable and non functioning software, not to mention the material on the doll’s face rips after minimal use

I updated my Professor Einstein with this upsate, it ruined my software and Hanson Robotics won't do anything about it. I'm stuck with a $300 robot that does nothing. My advise is STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. and be aware that Hanson Robotics will do nothing if you encounter problems.
