This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Sight Words on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

A really fun game to help younger kids learn how to read/spell. I got this because my niece really liked to play on smartphones, and I wanted to have something on my phone that would be entertaining for her, and educational. She has a lot of fun playing it, and she even walks around after spelling words from the game that she did not know before.

About this app

Help Ava or Maverick to collect letters, while avoiding the giant spiders. Land on the spiders to help further the score along. But watch out! The spiders begin to react to the character as they progress. See how many words you can spell! As letters are collected, they are spoken. When all letters for the current word are collected, the word is spoken, and spelled.

Sight Words provides a way for children to learn "sight words", or high frequency words in the English language. We have chosen the top 75 words from Dr. Edward B. Fry's Instant Words, less one letter words. The goal of this app is to familiarize children with these words, to ease their way into learning to read.


The goal of AvaLynn Apps is to provide fun and engaging ways for children to learn vital tasks, without ads or other distractions for children.
