I really want to love this game but I unfortunately encountered a bug which restarted the WHOLE game. I've played this for at least 2 days now and all my progress is gone and I don't know why this happened. Please look into this and fix this so I can it the rating it truly deserves.

Great game and the customer service is Amazing! Had a print with a purchase and they worked to get it resolution as soon as they could with almost daily emails until it was resolved. Love the first game too.
