I can bearly get passed the download when I finally do. I can't knowledge it before it glitches and disappears and I have to do it all over again and again and again..I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times and it does the same thing over and over again.. I'd love to try it when it's working properly.. Thank you

Glad they put in the effort and did this new thing but to be honest the actual mechanics of it as a game seem clunky. Plus the app overheated my phone and drained it 50% which doesn't happen with other apps Hard to navigate and impossible to get more than 4 stars if you actually want to read what the dialouge options are. Also people do not take that long to speak and get a response. I really hope this game doesn't affect our raises or performance reviews because this is not how real life works.

So me and a couple of my coworkers are playing this competitively now, and I feel like this game has some GREAT tips for the job. That being said, I have a couple of suggestions. 1. You should include a "handling customer complaints" mode. Everyone will have to handle one eventually and I feel like it would prepare them for the real thing. 2. I also feel like you should put in a practice mode, that doesn't count towards the time and also doesnt count towards your overall score.

What a peace of ...It tells me my password is wrong... The reason: it is not the password you use at work. The app has a standard password. Ask your manager. The app as such is an interesting way to teach employees how to work in retail. The greeting procedure is over the top for one time customers. I have my doubts they would like to have a conversation about the sons party...

It dosent work, I'm trying to log in and it goes blank or tell me to sign in but says my employee # is wrong!!!! Can anybody fix this!!!
