Purchased coins but only got one of the purchases. The shapes of the items are all pretty much cylindrical and clearly weigh more than the claw can hold. They probably plant a few that are lighter so people occasionally win. The rigging doesn't bother me too much but not getting the coinsi paid for is not ok. Uninstalled

The only way u get coins or money to use the claw machines in this game is if you buy them. What about people who can't buy stuff yet. Not pleased with this app. I thought like most claw machine games it gives you some coins or money first but nope just gives you 3 free ones and that's it.

**update** I have received all but 1 of the prizes!(6 items won) They are great about putting the tracking info in ur profile. Great prizes too! So far I love it!! The games are winnable, unlike some of the other games similar to this one. The only thing I dont have an opinion on yet is the shipping time. I understand it will take a little time but on a similar site I'm still waiting on a prize that I won over 6 weeks ago. Hopefully this one is a little faster. We will see. So far its great!!!!!

Great app I like that you actually get the stuff you won but my problem is that I bought a 5 thousand VIP coins for $95 but did not receive it you guys have to fix that problem because that a lot of money gone down the drain other than that the app is a five star for me

I got a prize on my first free try! I paid for coins and got two more prizes. It sucks having to pay for delivery tickets every time though and THE LAG IS SO BAD I missed a couple opportunities because it froze..

This game could be amazing if it didn't freeze up and you loose your coins that you pay for with real money. So this is what happened I played a game that was 125 coins and the claw did not move 🤔 I sent a email and your response was really fast, but you credit me 100 coins when I lost 125. I wasn't even mad about this, until I go on the very first game after receiving my 100 coin refund and the claw just moved a little then it just freezes up again and I lost those coins.
