Love the game. Wish you could get tokens quicker.

The tokens thing is more than a little weird. The max chargeable is 10 and many of the puzzles cost way more than that to play. Plus each puzzle costs those same tokens all over again when trying again for a better score, even if you solved it already. I believe the puzzle should be open for use permanently once tokens are used for it. So really you can sometimes turn on the game and barely be able to do anything until the daily sign in reward because tokens are so dear. Not sure what value an app has that can't be used. I think there is enough quality and interesting features in this game that, if the tokens concept was changed, it would deserve a much better score.

Fun game, but today I have been having issues with a themed section. It's so messed up that I can't even describe it with words. Pretty disappointed because the rest of the game has worked flawlessly and I really enjoy this. It's addicting trying to finish the entire puzzle! Now, however, I'm worried I won't be able to finish the entire thing due to this one section.

I liked the way you could circle or mark the words and the variety but after playing the crossword edition on worlds biggest and seeing how many tokens you win or earn VS this one I was mad! I also spent a lot of tokens on a puzzle that glitched and when I wrote to them all I ever received was an automated message but no solution. I am sad that after all the time I put into finishing the grid I had to leave the game with the one puzzle incomplete.

This game would be great IF you could finish it. Last square went buggy in the middle of playing and won't fix. It is all just random letters- no actual words. I have tried for 4 days to get anyone in customer service and they apparently don't care. I found several other comments saying the same thing.

Great game but it won't let me complete all the sections, have almost finished it twice now only to have it glitch and then I can't complete it. Have contacted developers twice with no response. Gaining of tokens is also painfully slow and some days I log on just to accept daily tokens and then leave because I don't have enough tokens to play an actual section, it takes me about 3 days to gain enough to be able to play one section! Very frustrated user!!
