L'app in sé non è male ma chi si occupa del servizio clienti andrebbe sostituito. Li ho contattati per un problema su WA e la loro mancanza di professionalità è stata inaudita. Forse non si rendono conto che stanno svolgendo un lavoro e sapersi relazionare col pubblico è parte fondamentale di esso.
