Good afternoon. Gusto ko lang ireklamo yung Loyalty points ko. Diba sabi niyo win or lose, magkakaroon ng loyalty points? E bakit yung sakin negative? -1350 yung loyalty points ko as of now. Ang tagal ko nang naglalaro ng pba fantasy app since day 1 ng PBA Philippine cup naglalaro na ako pero hanggang ngayon negative pa rin ang loyalty points? Ano naman yun? Paano ako mananalo ng prizes kung negative ang loyalty points ko? PAKIAYOS NAMAN PO SANA. Salamat.
