I've been using this game for sometime now with no problems. I even bought upgrades, which I have never really done before. after the last update I got a strange message saying I'm using a third party app and will be blocked. I emailed support with a screenshot and their response seemed to be automated and unrelated to me. It basically said: 'we do not recommend using the simulator or automated click software. If used it's at your own risk.' This was not helpful and BAD customer service.

Love the game . . .hate the bugs AND horrible customer service. I have re-occuring problems with in app purchases. Message when I try to buy ANYTHING is "Restoring the last purchased item . . . ". Doesnt let me proceed. I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and back in, verified my PlayStore purch options before I contacted customer service. They told me to try everything I had already tried - and when I told them i did they said try again. Not fixed! Horrible!

Great game, very addicting. Haven't played it long enough to give it a 5 star yet. Will come back at a later time. 8/28/20 Still a great game. Does start a little slow but once you start building up your monsters and opening up the areas, it gets to be pretty fun and addicting.

Changing my opinion of this game. Yall really need to fix the problem with the ads not giving rewards. I have watched 8 ads in 5 minutes, none of which worked. Also, the censoring is still ridiculous! Fix these issues and I will give 5 stars again.

Updated to say that the server issues are A LOT better. Haven't had any problems in at least a month. The graphics are adorable, there are fun events and always things to do. The only issue is with the raiding system which is that I don't understand how winning and losing are calculated but it's not the biggest deal since you always get stuff.

I can't play it anymore. Since they announced the new game they're developing, i can't enter this game. Keeps loading then nothing. Tried the manual fix, the simple and complete. Still the game is not working.
