Game is great but now it is not returning to game after the ad. And it is not allowing me to separate the doubling of two pieces. And will not let me replay game without closing and reopening the program.

Dont get me wrong, i love the game. The problem is when you run out of tiles matching, it says, watch video to get free tile shuffle. Well, i click it and it doesnt do anything sometimes. The other is the screen just goes black but you can still hear the music playing. So many many times i have to shut it down, so i can play again. This happens everytime i play it, almost. i have new phone so its not my phone. So fix it. I give it 3 stars***

This game gets tedious after a while. If I stop playing until the next day, I'm taken to the prologue which has basic babyish matches. If I go to a chapter, again, there is no continuity. And I'm really getting tired of the ads in order to get a free shuffle. I think I'll go back to Daily Mahjong and pay the premium in order to play without the ads. Mahjong Genius has gotten boring.

really, really love the game, HOWEVER, I have the same problem as other users: when there are no more available matches, I click to watch video (so I can shuffle remaining tiles) and nothing happens. Nothing. I can't shuffle. Have to Fail and start over. Repeatedly. I would watch the stupid video, if I could. Hope you fix the bug soon. Until then, my rating stands.

trying to play this game that I have been playing for awhile. very unhappy u did this. all of my time and effort down the drain. now you are making me start all over again. but on top of that it keeps me having to start all over again again. it is not tracking my finished games. fix this problem for me or I will have to find something else to play. very unhappy . you took away all of my accomplished games. NOT NICE. VERY UNHAPPY
