Changed from a 5 star to a 3 star rating. I absolutely love this game and play it daily....that is until the last couple updates. It has become so buggy and inconsistent that I can't even play. Collecting any rewards automatically kicks me from sever and I don't know if I'm even receiving any of the ones I've clicked on or they are just Disappearing.Quite frustrated with the game lately. Please fix this issue and I will be more then happy to give a 5 star rating I'm also playing on a galaxys10+

Every time new content comes out it is very buggy. There was a recent glitch that when fixed everyone lost all of their friends. The prices on all packs are outrageous. They ask $99 for 1 hero and $30 for ten pulls. Would not recommend for even pay to play especially not free to play. Very buggy and inconsistent.

Game is fun enough but customer support is very poor. A couple of weeks into playing the game I received several messages which contained resources. After using these resources I logged in the next day to find that all of the resources had been taken back leaving me with negative gems (which must be bought) and negative gold (needed to upgrade heroes). After advising customer service of this I was told that I had 'taken advantage' of a bug in the system. Basically accusing me of cheating.

Lots of content for an idle game. When i say lots i mean LOTS ! Great chars. Great effects. Great game overall. Not realy a p2w. You can even get "Saga" for free pretty fast ! The only downside is they did not notify us before maintenance. Even the maintenance takes a long time like 4h-ish. And a few small buggy now and then. Still a new game tho so am hoping they will improve the game quality. Keep up devs !

Has potential but what they show u ain't what ur buying and you fight getting ahold of them...And at the end of the day u get screwed!!! Unless u plan on spending a fortune ...better free games out there.. Fighting to get stuff that I showed them in screen shots!!! Wish I could get $ back and delete... really you fighting with me but u give people 400k gems 99$ I spent over 200...wow Google I want my money back

Its a typical game in his style, enjoyable and quiet good. BUT after stage 8 at half way your progress is super slow... i spent almost a week to get in stage 9 and ofc i stucked there again. When u start u get a lot of equipments from chest. But at the point where i am i get only 3 items (and ofc u need way more items to lvl up your character when its higher lvl) what i can use and take 3h for a chest to open Its basicly impossible to improve yourself and grow... Its need to be fixed ASAP!!
