Using BlueStacks

Can't use with other chess apps such as droid chess interface after the update; it was such a great app and running great before plz Dev fix this issue

This is a nice compilation of engines. I would love to see more of them added. If you search for Android chess engines, there is an article from 2014 with a dropbox link that is more recently updated with many engines. Some are older and won't run on modern devices well, but many were compiled in 2018 and work great in modern Android GUIs. Perhaps you could check it out.

whats the use of giving mere engines without an interface to play with when free engines and interfaces are so easily available?also elo strength of most the engines cannot be adjusted for handicapped play even with your native interface acid ape chess se which is freely available etc.

I have upated my Acid Ape Chess to the latest vesion which removed my stockfish9. How can I use the engines that came with this pack on Acid Ape Chess? I have this installed but the engines wont appear on Acid Ape Chess. Help please. Thanks

About this app

This package provides optimized builds of the following open source chess engines:

• asmFish 20181204
• Bad Gyal 8 (powered by Lc0 0.29.0)
• Hakkapeliitta 3.0
• Lc0 0.29.0
• Maia (powered by Lc0 0.29.0)
• Rodent III 0.171
• Senpai 2.0
• Stockfish 15.1

They can be used with any chess app supporting the ACEI (Ape Chess Engine Interface) protocol.

The Rodent III predefined personalities can be listed and selected in Acid Ape Chess, which has first-class support for engine personalities.

When using Acid Ape Chess 1.10 or later, user-provided neural networks can be used with Stockfish and Lc0.

Note that asmFish is only provided for the ARM64 and x86-64 architectures.
